Privacy Policy

This page describes what the inquiry form on silverlightgrp.com actually collects, where it is stored, and who receives it. It is written in plain English. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

The Silverlight Group (“Silverlight”, “we”) publishes this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info@silverlightgrp.com. A public street address and phone number have not been added to this site yet. When they are, they will appear in the footer.

What the inquiry collects

What we do not collect

The form does not ask for social security numbers, bank account numbers, bank passwords, bank statements, or tax returns. It does not accept file uploads. It does not ask for payment card numbers.

How it is stored

The submission is saved first in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase. That database is the record of your inquiry. The public website cannot read or write the database directly. Only our server function, using a private key that is not in the browser, can insert a row. The region of the database is chosen when the Supabase project is created.

Who receives it

After the row is stored, we try to send an email to info@silverlightgrp.com. That mailbox is the firm’s existing inbox. The email includes the business name, address, state, website if you provided one, industry, years in operation, your name, title, email, phone, and the names of the services you selected. It does not include financing amounts, revenue ranges, existing obligations, insurance details, property budget, growth objectives, or your notes. Those stay in the database.

If the email cannot be sent, the database row is still kept. People who operate The Silverlight Group can read the stored inquiry. We do not sell inquiry information. Sending the form does not itself forward your answers to a lender, insurer, or property party. If a later conversation needs that, we will ask you first.

Why we collect it

We collect it to review your inquiry and respond. The IP hash is used to reduce spam and repeated submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep the inquiry so we can respond and keep a record of the request. There is no automatic deletion date. You may ask us to delete it by emailing info@silverlightgrp.com. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Who helps us run the site

Those companies process information only as needed to host the site, run the security check, store the database, or deliver that email.

Your choices

You do not have to submit the form. If you do, the acknowledgment is required, because we cannot review an inquiry without storing what you send.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
